Sonia Dresdel (1909-1976) [1]. British actress.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

She came to South Africa in 1957 to do two plays for the Johannesburg REPS, their two-hundredth production, Hugh Mills’s The House by the Lake (directed by Cecil Williams) and Ugo Betti’s The Queen and the Rebels, (directed by Clifford Williams).
