Skote! ("Shots!/Excellent!") is an Afrikaans play for high school pupils by Pieter-Dirk Uys ()1945-)[1].

The original text

Written for the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Hoërskool Jan van Riebeeck in Cape Town, the play deals with the many tribulations of a chaotic rehearsal for a play about the arrival of Jan van Riebeeck in the Cape.

First produced in 1976 and the text was published by Perskor.
