The programme included plays, dance performances, stand-up comedians, musicians, children story telling and film. Sibongile Bax Dale (also known by its acronym of SBD) is an arts incubation programme, co-founded by Pamela Nomvete and Nicholas Beveney, and is named after Nomvete's parents. SBD has lliased with creative institutions globally to enable the youth engage in cultural exchange programmes.

In 2015 the project initiated the Rise Up and Walk International Youth Arts Festival at the Joburg Theatre, in partnership with the Joburg Theatre Youth Development. The programme included plays, dance performances, stand-up comedians, musicians, children story telling and film.
