Sponsored by and named after Shirley Moss, wife of Sam Moss and a great supporter of the arts. Part of the DALRO Awards (1972-2003/4). Awarded for the best technical support for stage décor in Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Awarded to Jannie Swanepoel for his lighting of Snake Beneath the Rose, 1986.
