The Scottburgh Easter Carnival is the name given to an annual event that takes place during March/April, on Scottburgh Beach.

It is part of what is referred to as the South Coast Easter experience or tour, which refers to entertainment events (festivals, carnivals, etc.) on the various beaches on the Natal South Coast.
