Sandi Schultz (1964-). Actress, singer.

Biography

Sandi was born in Johannesburg in 1964, but grew up and studied in Cape Town.

Training

She graduated from UCT.

Career

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

District Six – The Musical (Baxter Theatre).

She has appeared in The Wizard of Oz, Diplomatic Baggage, Abamanyani, CelebrationII, In Conversation, Indaba, In Gesprek, Personal Column, Liefdeskringloop (1985), Houd-den-Bek, as Hermia in A Midsummer Night's Dream (1988), The Rocky Horror Show, Six Characters… (2016), Fröken Julie, The Ride Across Lake Constance, Julia.

She had a role in the feature film Noem My Skollie: Call Me Thief.

On television she was seen in Binnelanders (Kyknet).

Awards, etc

Nominated for a Vita Award (National) for her role in The Rocky Horror Show (performer of the year in Musical Theatre, award year 1993).
