Samson Khumalo (19**-) is a South African actor and playwright.

His play No Love toured Transvaal townships.

He took part in several workshop productions, among others Wipe a Tear and Death Before Birth. He also appeared in Travelling Shots, Death and the King's Horseman, Romeo and Juliet, Maru, Kweku Ananse, The Life and Times of Johnny Cockroach (1999). He played Gert Garries in Die Eend in 1993. Bloke, Bopha! (201), For Your Ears Only, Donkerland, Generaal Mannetjies Mentz, Maru, Pantagleize (PACT 1988), The Blacks, Romeo and Juliet, The Sleeping Beauty, Death and the King's Horseman, Travelling Shots, Kwaggapolitiek, Dark City, Full Circle, Nog 'n Kooi... Nog 'n Vlooi!, Radio Vuka, Ons vir Jou.

Samson Khumalo is best known for his role as Percy Mlambo on the M-Net sitcom The Coconuts, in 2008. He also acted in the 7th film of the Heartlines documentary series, entitled The Other Woman, in 2006. He is married to his TV wife from The Coconuts, Meme Ditshego (Joyce Mlambo). In 2010 he joined the main cast of the SABC2 sitcom Rasdien in the role of Speaknice, the black janitor.
