Roz Monat (19**-). Actress, director.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
She performed in No, No, Nanette (she played “Winnie” in Johannesburg, and “Nanette” on the national tour), Godspell, Pippin, Gypsy, The Rocky Horror Show.
She has also appeared in Grease (1977), They're Playing Our Song (1980), The Threepenny Opera (1981), Children of a Lesser God (1982), Snoopy!!! (CAPAB 1983), Sunrise City (1988), Hard Times (PACT 1989), Forbidden Fruits.
She was the lighting operator in a People's Space Production of Claw (1981).
Roz directed Cheap Flights in 1987.
In 2004 she appeared as Rosalind Jacobs in the play flipping the script!.
It is also as Rosalind Jacobs that she appeared in television series such as Hillside, Jozi Streets and Saints and Sinners.
