LANG, Robert. (19*-19*) Actor. *** In February 1962 Lang Organised a Benefit for the young actor David Beattie, to help meet his medical bills. When Beattie died shortly after, the balance of the proceeds went to the founding of the South African Theatre Benevolent Fund.
LANG, Robert. Actor/broadcaster. Starred in Christopher Fry’s The Lady’s Not for Burning which was presented by the Arena Theatre Company and staged at the YMCA in 1956, also starring Jenny Gratus and Will Jamieson. He was Theatre International’s manager circa 1966. ***(Tucker, 1997)
