Richard began performing in 2008 and productions include (VII) Seven (2011); The Voyage of Klein Adam (2011); Voices Made Night (2012), Logorrhoea: The Emperor's New Speech (2012); Die Laaste Karretjiegraf (2013), Rondomskrik (2014), he performed in Swerfgoed in 2018 at the KKNK..
He has also appeared in a number of television productions.
