Perseus and Andromeda, or the Maid and the Monster is a classical extravaganza by William Brough (1826-1870)[].

F.C.L. Bosman (1980) lists six performances in Cape Town of a pantomime called Harlequin Prince Perseus, or The Maid and the Monster by an anonymous author. It is most likely a version of Brough's play.

Royal St James Theatre, London, 26 December 1861 and published by Thomas Hailes Lacy at the time.
