A farce in two acts by Thomas Dibdin (Thomas John Dibdin, 1771–1841)

Called Past ten O'clock, or A Rainy Night by F.C.L. Bosman (1928), based on the Cape Town programmes.

First performed in the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane in 1815. Published by Longman, Hurst, Rees, Orme, and Brown, 1815.

Performance history in South Africa

A production in Cape Town by the English Amateur Company was planned for 11 September 1837, but for a number of reasons postponed a few times and finally performed 18 September 1837, in the Cape Town Theatre, as afterpiece to Bertram, or The Castle of St. Aldobrand‎ (Maturin).
