Performance history in South Africa

1968: Presented by KRUIK Afrikaanse Toneel, opening 2 February 1968 at the Hofmeyr Theatre, Cape Town, directed by Jo Gevers. The cast were Wena Naudé (Clementine Jafta), Schalk Jacobsz (Theo), Woutrine Theron (Juffrou Veenstra), Gertie Smith-Visser (Mevrou Blok), Annatjie Vorster (Martha Els), Lerina C. Erasmus (Eva-Marie/Eva-Jeanne), Katinka Heyns (Paultjie). Decor by Kasick Dubinsky.
