In the 1970s the Oxford Hotel, served as a venue for a variety of musical and theatrical enterprises. These include the New Troubadour of Dave Marks and Brian Finch, the Blue Fox of Peter Prowse and the hotel also became the first home for Barney Simon and Mannie Manim's The Company.
