("Rebellion 1815") by [[H.W. Teengs]]. A locally written Dutch afterpiece dealing with the history of the Border farmers (1815-1835). Performed in July 1868 in Cape Town by [[Aurora]], following on Teengs's locally written Dutch play ''[[Willem Nel]]''. This was followed by a second performance later the same month in Paarl, with the farce ''[[Niet of Graag]]'' as afterpiece. They also did it in Wynberg (August 1869, afterpiece ''[[Tante Trui]]'' - i.e. "Aunt Pullover") and Bloemfontein under the auspices of President [[J.H. Brand]] in 8 July 1869.
