Ongewenste Vreemdeling - The film
The film was based on a radio serial by C.F. Beyers-Boshoff and was shot in the vicinity of Knysna and the Wilderness area in the Western Cape.
The plot concerns a convicted murderer, Gerhard Steenberg, who is out on parole. He travels to the town of Duiwelsvallei (Devil's Valley) where he becomes involved in the strange lives of the locals.
