Nwabisa Plaatjie (1994?-) is a theatremaker, producer and curator.

Biography

She studied theatremaking at the University of Cape Town, and is currently busy with her masters degree there.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

According to an interview with Herschelle Benjamin, she is interested in "hybrid plays, interdisciplinary companies and visual arts", and writes works based on her own experiences and inspired by the world around her.

She is the curator and coordinator of the Baxter Theatre's Masambe Theatre.
