Not Bloody Likely was written by English actor and playwright Richard Huggett (1929-2000) [1]. He also wrote The First Night of Pygmalion which depicts backstage events during the first British production of George Bernard Shaw's play Pygmalion including the controversy surrounding the line "not bloody likely". It appears that the play Not Bloody Likely is another version of the same set of events.
