Originally premiered in New York starring Joan MacIntosh.

Staged in the Upstairs Theatre, Johannesburg, April 1992, directed by Janice Honeyman, starring Warrick Grier, Kate Edwards, Cheryl Gow, Russel Savadier, Charlotte Butler, and Graham Hopkins. Costume and set designer Sarah Roberts, Mannie Manim lighting designer.
