Nicola Loubser () is a playwright, gallery director and administrator in Knowledge Management.

Born in Johannesburg, she went to school at Helpmekaar Kollege and went to the University of Stellenbosch (1996-2006), completing a BA (Drama and English), BA (Hons) and an M.Dram degree. She also did a course on Traditional Korean Ceramics for Foreigners at the National Museum of Korea (2003-2004).
