Naamgenoten ("Namesakes") is a Dutch comedy in two acts by Marten Westerman (also known as Maarten Westerman, 1775-1852)[1].

The play also known as De Naamgenoten ("The namesakes")

Performance history in South Africa

1824: Performed as De Naamgenoten by Tot Nut en Vermaak in the African Theatre on 10th July in Cape Town, as an afterpiece, following a production of De Kluizenaar op Formentera by Kotzebue.
