1864: Performed by the officers and men of the 10th Regiment (2nd Batallion) 10th Regiment (2nd Battalion) in the Theatre Royal, Cape Town, on 29 August, with Little Toddlekins, with intersperced 'Interludes of Singing and Instrumental Music". Apparently to a full house and unbounded applause.
