(17**-18**) Musician, composer and music master, one of the best known in Cape Town at the beginning of the 19th century.

on 11 September 1813 he co-produced and composed the music for Boniface's ballet pantomime Het Beleg en het Nemen van Troyen (repeated 9 October 1813), with dances choreographed by Mr Bertrand.

On 22 June 1815 he composed the music for Boniface's ballet Sappho, for production by Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense, with dances choreographed by Mr. Peterson. Repeated on 4 July and 29 July 1815.
