Mr Dillon was a Cape Town resident and an amateur performer

Biography

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

He was a member of the short lived Phoenix Dramatic Club, in Cape Town in 1865, and is mentioned as a performer in the club's first presentation, on 27 June, 1865 in the Theatre Royal, when he played one of the three leads in The Irish Attorney, or Galway Practice (Bernard).
