Mofolo Hall

This was a community venue which was a centre for cultural activity before it was burnt down during the 1976 Soweto uprisings.

Used by the Mihloti Group of poets in 1970s, inter alia for a 1973 Black Art Exhibition where the role and nature of black theatre was debated.
