Miss Delmaine (fl. mid 19th century) was a Cape Town based professional performer.

She on occasion possibly performed for the Cape Town Theatrical Club (later to become the Cape Town Dramatic Club) in the period 1858-1861, later also for the Royal Alfred Dramatic Club and the Cape Town and Royal Alfred Dramatic Club.

On 30 June 1859 the Cape Town Theatrical Club put on The Little Treasure (Harris) and The Lady of Lyons (Byron), with a performance of the brass band of the Cape Royal Rifles, as a benefit for Miss Delmaine.
