She was the daughter of the well-known comedian Willie Edouin and was married to fellow vaudevillian Fred Edwards, with whom she made up the Edouin-Edwards Company. Described by Boonzaier (1923) as "a clever performer, bright, sparkling and humorous in everything she did", she appreared in works such as A Bachelor's Dream and The Kleptomaniacs.
