Martin Middeke (1963-) is a German academic and specialist in English literature.

Biography

Between 1985 and 1990 he studied English, German, Philosophy and Education at the University of Paderborn and the University of Reading, England.


Contribution to South African theatre, film, media and performance

He was a visiting professor at the University of Johannesburg in 2014.

In this time he co-edited the book The Methuen Drama Guide to Contemporary South African Theatre, with Peter Paul Schnierer and [[Greg Homann. Published by Bloomsbury Publishing, London in 2015.
