(1928-) Mangosuthu Buthelezi (born Gatsha) is a South African Zulu politician who founded the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) in 1975. His praise name is Shenge. Chief Minister of KwaZulu, founder of the Inkatha movement and later Minister of the Interior in the ANC-led post-Apartheid  government. Also played the role of Zulu chief Chetswayo in the movie ''[[Zulu]]''. His mother was [[Magogo kaDinuzulu]] composer , musician and [[imbongi]] ([[praise-singer]]).
