("Mother has plans") by Gerhard J. Beukes. An Afrikaans one-act comedy about parents desperately trying to get their daughter married.

First performed by ** in 197*.

Published in the anthology Kerse Teen die Wind: Tien Eenbedrywe by J.L. van Schaik (1950).

Also known as Die Nôientjie het Planne ("The young girl has plans") under which name it was performed by the Ceres Amateur Toneelvereniging in the 1970’s.

Published under this name in Die Nôientjie het Planne! and in 'n Lag en 'n Traan (19**), both by J.L. van Schaik.
