Born to Pieter (Peter) Usher and Kathleen Millichip, Madeleine Cynthia Usher was second runner-up in the 1962 Miss South Africa contest and was offered the part of [[Bob Courtney]]’s daughter in [[Jamie Uys]]’s ''[[Lord Oom Piet]]'' (1962).  This was followed by a role in the [[Jim Reeves]] movie,  ''[[Kimberley Jim]]'' ([[Emil Nofal]]/1963).  She made only four films after that: ''[[Mozambique]]'' ([[Robert Lynn]]/1964), ''[[The Winners]]'' ([[Emil Nofal]] & [[Roy Sargeant]]/1972), ''[[The Savage Sport]]'' ([[Keith G. van der Wat]]/1973) and ''[[The Winners II]]'' ([[Jans Rautenbach]]/1977).  Today she is Madeleine Davidson.

Born to Pieter (Peter) Usher and Kathleen Millichip, Madeleine Cynthia Usher was second runner-up in the 1962 Miss South Africa contest and was offered the part of Bob Courtney’s daughter in Jamie Uys’s Lord Oom Piet (1962). This was followed by a role in the Jim Reeves movie, Kimberley Jim (Emil Nofal/1963). She made only four films after that: Mozambique (Robert Lynn/1964), The Winners (Emil Nofal & Roy Sargeant/1972), The Savage Sport (Keith G. van der Wat/1973) and The Winners II (Jans Rautenbach/1977).
