[Van Heerden (2008)][1]. p 156.

Performance history in South Africa

Premièred on the Fringe of the Grahamstown Festival in July 1997, directed by Lara Foot-Newton with Lionel Newton, Kholofelo Kola and Peter Mashigo. The same production went to the Hilton Drama Festival in September 1997.
