Biography

Former bishop of the Methodist Church of Southern Africa. Until 1990 he had a three-year stint as president of the South African Institute of Race Relations.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

Author of the Northern Sotho play Nnang ("To Refuse", 1960).
