Lily Sarembock (18*-19*) was a bilingual English and Afrikaans Cape Town actress and director. She also used the name Lily-Jean Satusky.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

Acclaimed as "Masha" in the 1931 version of The Seagull (Little Theatre), and in 1934 she performed in H.A. Fagan's Rooibruin Blare, the first play put on by Kaapstadse Afrikaanse Toneelvereniging. She went on to become one of the best performers on the Afrikaans stage in the region, performing in Die Heks (Leipoldt, 1936) and in Sixteen (1941).

Lily co-directed Walburgis en Bertrane (1943) and directed Joint Owners in Spain (1945).
