Lieutenant Boulcott (fl. 1870s) was an officer in the Cape Town regiment and an amateur performer.

Biography

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

A member of the a company of the Garrison Players, he is and named as one of the participants in a charity event for the poor, for which they staged a production of The Illustrious Stranger ().
