The term Library theatre (Biblioteekteater in Afrikaans) literally refers to theatre put on in a library. *

However this can refer to performances done in libraries (as was done by the Cape Branch of the NTO in the late 19500s under Laurie van der Merwe) OR it can refer to specific venues in libraries.
