Le Mariage du Capucin ("The marriage of the Capucin monk") is a French comedy in three acts by Benoît Pelletier-Volméranges (1756-1824).
The original text
The French version by Benoît Pelletier-Volméranges was first produced and published in 1799.
Translations and adaptations
Translated into Dutch by Adolf Tack and published by Abraham Mars, Amsterdam in 1800 as Het Huwlyk van den Capucyn ("The marriage of the Capucin monk") . Later sources (including Bosman, 1928) have the title as Het Huwelyk van den Capucyn.
