Kweku Ananse is a one-act play by Walter Chakela.

The story of Ananse the wily spider, comes from Ghana and is part of an indigenous theatre tradition. It can be staged with or without music.

Published in Let Us Play, 1998.

Performed at the Market Theatre directed by Peter Se-Puma.(?)

Produced as a musical play at the Windybrow Centre for the Arts in November 1995,
