Also billed as Kenlyn Sutherland in some cases after her marriage.


She was married to choreographer Geoffrey Sutherland and the couple had two daughters, Lisa Mary Sutherland and Natasha Kate Sutherland.


She at one time taught in the Drama Department of the University of Natal, Durban, and choreographed works for the Barefoot Dance Company founded by Jillian Hurst and Margaret Larlham in the 1960s.

Among the works she directed over the years have included The Piano Men (written by Wendy Watson, credited as 1994) , Sleeping Beauty (as Kenlyn Sutherland, with Steven Stead, 2007)
