Biography
She was born in Ladismith and went to school in Mossel Bay and Cape Town.
Training
Studied at the University of Stellenbosch Drama Department.
Career
Began her career with the Breughel Theatre in Stellenbosch.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
As a student she acted in Met Permissie Gesê (1980), Measure for Measure (1981), Woyzeck (1981). Other appearances in plays and cabarets include Hallo Suid-Afrika/Hello South Africa (1986), Die Vleiroos (1995), Twelfth Night (1998), Die Skandaal 2 (1999), Katriena (2000), Buckingham Palace, District Six (2001), Raaiselkind (2003), Houd den Bek, Kinkels innie Kabel, Oudisies, Blomtyd is Bloeityd, Lied van die Boeings, Fiela se Kind (2008).
Television appearances include roles in Onder Engele, Going Up and Hagenheim.
