Performance history in South Africa

Leonard Schach directed the play for the Cockpit Players, November 1956 at the Hofmeyr Theatre, starring David Beattie, Brian Bell, Robert Del Kyrke, John Hussey, John McKelvey, Harry Victor. Décor David Crichton.

Norman Coombes directed Journey's End, for PACT at the Market Theatre in February 1977 starring himself, Dale Cutts, Frantz Dobrowsky, Richard Haines, Michael McCabe, John Rogers.
