MOLEELE, Josias Dos (19*-). Writer, director, actor, producer and lecturer. Born in Atteridgeville, Pretoria, he trained at the Technikon Pretoria, obtaining a a B-Tech degree in drama. He later became a junior lecturer at the institution. As actor he has worked with Janice Honeyman and Jerry Mofokeng, and has been featured in several television productions. Started his own company, Kika Productions, which specializes in industrial theatre, corporate videos, television productions and events entertainment. Plays include Call Us Crazy (written 1994, performed 1995,– when it won three Vita awards, then rewritten and performed in 2000, and again in 2008), Koeksusters and Gogo’s Groove (a Sotho musical play, one of the four winners of the 2003 Aardklop/SABC2 text competition for cabaret and musical theatre.
