FRASER, John. (19*-) British actor. ** He starred in Aleksei Arbuzov’s The Promise, which was staged by Pieter Toerien and Basil Rubin at the Brooke Theatre in 1967. It also starred Andrew Ray and Olive MacFarland and was directed by Leonard Schach. Pieter Toerien brought him, together with Dai Bradley to star in Peter Shaffer’s Equus which was directed by Leonard Schach. It also starred Anne Courtneidge, Kim Braden, Fiona Fraser and Michael Howard and was staged at the Civic Theatre in 1975. He starred in Pieter Toerien’s production of James Kirkwood’s P.S. Your Cat is Dead, directed by Dennis Breto and also starring Anthony Daniels in 1978. (Tucker, 1997)
