FOURIE Johan J. (“GiGi”) Actor, drama teacher at the Faculty of Education, University of Stellenbosch, and the administrative force behind Spektrum Produksies and GiGi’s Bistro (an active and influential theatre restaurant) in Stellenbosch during the 1990s. GiGi’s Bistro was sold in 1999 and renamed the Dorp Straat Teaterkafee (The Dorp Street Theatre Café). In 2002 became the manager of the Klein Libertas Teater (Little Libertas Theatre in Stellenbosch) [TH]
