Jerome Chedorov

CHEDOROV, Jerome (1911 - 2004). Playwright and librettist. He was born in New York City, and entered journalism in the 1930s, but is best known for his play My Sister Eileen and for the musical comedy Wonderful Town, which is based on it. Came out to South Africa in 1974 to direct his play A Community of Two for Toerien-Firth starring Heather Lloyd-Jones at the Intimate Theatre.
