(19**-) Actress and cabaret artist. Completed a B.Dram Honours at the Drama Department at the University of Stellenbosch in 1999, nominated for a Fleur du Cap Theatre Award as “Most Promising Student” for that year. Her first professional work was in two cabarets directed by Blaise Koch (3D on Broadway in 1999 and It’s a Koch-up in 2000). In 2000 she also appeared in woMANize (directed by Anton Luitingh) and played a lead role in Glass Roots by Fiona Coyne at the Baxter Theatre and at the Grahamstown Festival in 2000 and at the Klein Karoo Nasionale Kunstefees in 2001.
