J.G. Brink

Mr J.G. Brink (fl. 1790-1810?) was businessman in Cape Town.

He may have been on of the original members of the large Brink family, famed in 19th century in theatrical circles. It also included Mr C. Brink, Mr A.C. Brink, Miss C. Brink and the later playwright Melt J. Brink and Mr J. Brink.


Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

His offices at 30 Loop Street are mentioned at least once as a box-office for performances by Tot Leering en Vermaak in 1803.
