Apart from her wide experience as amateur actress, she studied at the Akademie vir Dramakuns for two years.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Her first role as amateur actress was that of "Elise" in Die Vrek for JAATS. That was also her first professional role in 1951 for NTO.
