She was with the University of Pretoria till 2009, where she was involved with their repository, library web, and other e-applications. In 2009 she was appointed as eRepository Manager: Library and Information Service, Stellenbosch University, South Africa .

In 2010 she chaired the original project meetings to found ESAT as a website supported by the library IT department and her section was responsible for the management of the IT aspects of the Wiki-based publication till her departure from the University to join the staff of the Academy of Science of South Africa (ASSAF)[1] as Planning Manager of the Science Publishing Unit (SPU).
