In the City of Paradise is a play created in workshop by the cast directed by Mark Fleishman for the UCT Drama Department. Sourced in Greek mythology and the violent series of events around Agamemnon and Clytaemnestra in particular, the tragedy has been given an ultra-modem setting.

Performance history in South Africa

Performed in 1998 at Hiddingh Hall, Little Theatre, UCT. The cast included Jacqui Pickering, Amrain Ismail-Essop, Brett Goldin and others.
